A wine made at Alejandro Fernández’s estate in Zamora, Dehesa La Granja. A special reserve red wine, handcrafted from Tempranillo grapes, aged for 24 months in American oak barrels and refined for a further year in the bottle. Limited production, it stands out for its intensity of ripe fruit nuances.

TASTING
APPEARANCE
Clear and bright red wine, with an intense ruby-red colour.
NOSE
Complex on the nose. Black fruit such a blackberry, roasted notes and liquorice predominate over vanilla and balsamic notes.
MOUTH
Aromas of bog bilberry, blackberry and roasted coffee. Well-structured body with tannins. Medium finish, with roasted notes, vanilla, liquorice… In short, a very well-balanced wine.

DESCRIPTION
Vineyards located to the southwest of the province of Zamora, on the Dehesa la Granja estate, with a total area of 800 hectares devoted to livestock farming and cereal and chickpea crops.
SOIL
Made up of sandstone, clay and limestone sediments.
CLIMATE
Extreme continental.
AGEING
At least 15 months in American oak barrels and rested in the bottle prior to release.
