In the so-called Tierra del Vino of Zamora, Familia Fernández Rivera, planted Tempranillo vines from Condado de Haza, rehabilitated an old winery, which has an underground cellar more than three centuries old where the wines are aged in an unbeatable environment.

APPEARANCE
Clear and bright. Cherry-red in colour.
NOSE
Complex on the nose, with ripe black fruits, liquorice, Juanola candies and roasted notes, with hints of vanilla and baked goods.
MOUTH
Meaty on the palate with well-balanced acidity and tannins that give it persistence. Black fruits with a hint of liquorice, a sweet finish with a predominance of vanilla.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
12ºC – 14ºC
PAIRING
The perfect accompaniment to red meat, such as veal tenderloin with mustard in red wine. It also goes perfectly with small game birds such as stewed squab with mushrooms and truffles or duck magret with blueberry sauce.
