Tinto Pesquera Reserva 2015
Ding Lei: detached scents of black currant, plum and lemon grass, the wine is full-bodied, the acidity is lively and the aftertaste is long. It is a very balanced wine, the blind tasting is a reminiscent of the French Pomerol, elegant and delicate.
Sister: deep ruby red, with scents of black plums and blackberries, intertwined with dark chocolate, black forest and spices, rich in structure, silky tannins, nice acidity and long aftertaste.
Food recommendation: It is a good combination with stewed beef and steak.
